Q: I have a fight coming up soon, can you get me my gear in time?

We can generally do this, if you order is only 1 – 3 pairs of shorts, we should be able to have them to you within a week, however you will have to pay for express shipping.

Q: Where are you and where do your products come from?

We are located in Bangkok, Thailand, all our products are made in Thailand.

Q: How do I order?

Custom Gear: The simplest and best way to order is to send a picture. You can use simple programs like Microsoft Paint or sketch your drawing and email it to us. For more details click here

Equipment: Email a list of what you’d like and we’ll send an electronic invoice along with estimated delivery time.

Q: Why don't you list shipping costs? How do I know how much shipping will be?

Shipping varies from on the size and weight of the order, so we need to calculate costs for each shipment and will quote when you email us.

 Q: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Diners and American Express), PayPal. All payments are processed securely by PayPal, we do not have access to your credit card details.

We also accept Western Union and direct bank deposits for larger orders. Customers making direct bank payments are offered a 4% discount.

Q: What shipping methods do you use?

A: We ship registered air mail, Express Mail Service (EMS). or FedEx/UPS. We will decide on the best shipping method depending on size and urgency of the order.

Q: When are you open?

We are open everyday except Sundays and major Thai public holidays. You should receive a reply to your email within 24 hrs, if you don’t please feel free to email again.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

 A: Most custom orders are ready in 1-3 weeks for small and medium orders and 4 weeks for large orders. Shipping time will vary depending on the destination.
Equipment orders take 2-4 weeks for delivery, if your order will take longer we’ll let you know.

Q: If my item is pictured on the website will it be copied? What if I don't want my gear shown on the site?

Pictures on the site are ther to serve as examples of our work, to help others understand what we can do and to help with them with ideas. Under no circumstances will original designs, club logos or similar be copied. If you don't want your item shown on the site, just let us know when ordering.

Q: Will I be updated on the status of my order?

For small orders generally we won’t, unless there is a delay or you email requesting info. For larger orders or those with express shipping we’ll let you know when the gear is sent and provide the tracking number.
